Daisy Burroughs

Physiotherapist & Pilates Instructor

Daisy is a passionate physiotherapist with an interest in holistic Health and Wellbeing. Since graduating from Cardiff University she has gained a range of experience within the UK and France, predominantly in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and sports massage.

Daisy is Head Physiotherapist for the Bradford Bulls Women’s squad and has previously worked at other private physiotherapy clinics.

During the pandemic Daisy has worked in frontline services within the NHS at Sheffield Teaching hospitals within a respiratory specialism as a rotational Physiotherapist. Daisy has also completed her professional Pilates qualification. In addition to this, she is a highly experienced sports massage therapist, having provided physiotherapy and sports massage at amateur, elite and international level sport, including work for the Wales Rugby Sevens squad.

Outside of work, Daisy is a keen sports woman. She was elected vice-president for Cardiff Sports and Exercise Medicine Society organising lectures for up to 2,000 delegates. Daisy is also a Level 2 ski instructor and enjoys cycling, outdoor swimming and Cross Fit.
