How to stay active during lockdown!

Keeping physically active is good for us, not only is it important for our physical health but extremely important for our mental health too!


We understand that trying to stay active during lockdown is incredibly difficult to get motivated and maintain that motivation. Here at Forward Physio, we have developed some tips to help you keep active!


- Try to turn your home into a gym, every day objects can be used to help you. A chair can be used to help with squats as well as tricep dips!

- You can join online classes

- Take short breaks during the day, use this time to do some stretches

- Go for a walk or a run

- Make sure you stay hydrated throughout the day.
